The B'Hotel - Kajang

I had a decent stay here! The location is super convenient, right across from the MRT station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and perfect for a quick rest after a long day. Plus, the staff were really helpful and friendly, which made my check-in process smooth!

My check-in experience was a bit rocky, as my booked room wasn’t available, and I had to pay extra for an upgrade. there were some noise issues from other guests that made it tough to get a good night's sleep. It could definitely use better soundproofing and some more attention to guest satisfaction!

we had a pleasant stay at b'hotel, where the check-in process was smooth and the staff was generally friendly. we appreciated the nice touch of having water dispensers on every floor and found the air conditioning to be quite effective. the pillows allowed for a restful night’s sleep, while the strong water pressure in the shower made for an enjoyable experience. we also loved the friendly cats roaming around, adding a unique charm to the hotel, though additional luggage assistance could enhance the experience further.

All good, just looks better in ads. 😅.
